High Frequency

If you ask me where one can get the best cappuccino in Brunei I would answer, in a heartbeat, ‘High Frequency’. The cappuccino is served in a cup which is smaller than usual, but it can take me a while to finish because I just want to savour every drop – it’s honestly so good!

Those desiring more intense taste may opt for their signature house blend, ‘Bean Me Up Scotty’, combining beans from Papua New Guinea, Indonesia, Brazil and Ethiopia. So intense, the kicks you get from the coffee will make you see stars, in a good way – OK, I may have gone too far with the description, but what I’m trying to say it’s packed with the perfect kind of punch to get you through the day.

I also love the interior of the cafe with its walls adorned with vintage movie posters and pop culture references (not pictured here unfortunately), eclectic selections of furniture designs, vibe reminiscence of the cafes you may find in London.

Aside from coffee, the cafe also serves a variety of food like croissant, eggs benedict, several types of cakes though they can be a bit pricey. Pictured below are what my parents and I had on our very first visit to High Frequency and since then, we have been coming back quite a few times.
